Screen Printing
The screen printing process is used to transfer text, logos and other design images to a wide variety of apparel and accessories. It’s cost-effective and attractive, but a somewhat messy process that takes time to set up and clean up. That’s why the more total items ordered, the less expensive each item will be. Additional imprint colors and/or imprint locations add cost to each piece. The color of the shirt makes a difference too. The darker-colored shirts cost more because they take longer to print, requiring an additional underbase of color. Our screen printing presses have a 6-color maximum, with a print size of 15” x 18”.
Embroidery
Embroidery is a high-speed sewing process by which decorative needlework is sewn directly onto a garment. This process is increasingly popular because of its professional appearance and durability. It is now the application choice for sport shirts, caps, bags, and outerwear, along with many other types of apparel. Embroidery shows off your corporate logo or design with style at very affordable pricing. Pricing of the embroidery stitching process is based on the number of stitches and total items ordered. Unlike screen printing, additional colors do not increase the price.
Heat Transfer
The process of transferring images to a large variety of products without using inks or screens is possible with heat-transfer technology. It’s fast, easy and does not require setup time or clean up. One of the apparel industry’s main applications for using the heat-transfer process is transferring vinyl numbers/names onto sports jerseys and other sports apparel.
